Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want before coming?
Not at all, the session is designed to help you refine your ideas and gain clarity, whether you have a vision or need help in finding inspiration to move forward, our time together will be tailored to suit you.
Can I book a session with a friend or partner?
Yes! The group sessions allow up to three people, so you’re welcome to book for a friend, partner or family member to either work on their own design or collaborate on yours.

How do I book a Studio Session?
You can book your session by contacting me via the 'book your session' links on this page or contacting me directly at hello@battesonstudio.com. Please let me know your preferred date when booking. Your session is confirmed once payment has been received in full and you have received your welcome email.
Where are the Studio Sessions held?
The Studio Sessions are held in my studio space at Art Yard, Old WI Hall, John Street, Leiston IP16 4DR. Full details can be found here.
What should I bring with me?
Bring any inspirational images, fabric samples, paint swatches or mood boards that you’ve collected. If you have floor plans and photos of your space these are are helpful too.
Will I leave with a finished design?
You will leave with a clear direction, a curated selection of materials and an actionable plan to bring your project to life.
