HOW I CREATE YOUR SWATCH BOX
Design Discovery
An initial telephone consultation to explore your dream vision for the space. Share how you use the room, your non-negotiables and absolute nos, your inspirational images and favourite pieces, and your budget and timeline considerations.
Curation Phase
I then get to work and carefully select the paint colours that will compliment your lighting and architecture, material and wallpaper swatches to bring personality, texture combinations that create depth and fabric swatches that tie everything together.
Swatchbox Delivery
Your Swatch Box complete with your sample selection will then be posted to you and a digital lookbook sent via email showing you how everything will work together, ready for you to get started on your redecoration.

QUESTIONS
Is the Swatch Box for single rooms/spaces only?
The Swatch Box service is designed to put together a scheme and materials for a single space. If you would like to look at a Swatch Box for multiple rooms or even an entire home to ensure the spaces work cohesively from one room to another, this can be tailored to you. Speak with me to find out more.
How is this different from your Bespoke Interiors Service?
Swatch Box is perfect for those who want to implement their design themselves but need guidance on selections and combinations. Swatch Box provides clear direction for moving forward with your redecoration at a lower price point than full-service design.
Do I get to keep the samples?
Absolutely, the samples will be yours to keep. However, if you have no further need for them once you have completed your redecoration, all samples can be returned to Batteson Studio to be reused or recycled.
How long will my Swatch Box take?
Once I have received your completed design questionnaire, images of the spaces, and any inspiration you have, you can expect your swatch box within three weeks. This allows me time to thoughtfully curate your selection and ensure everything works perfectly together.
Is this an e-design service only?
Swatch boxes are available as both an in-person and an e-design service. If you would like to arrange a home visit for me to see the space, this is available across Suffolk, Essex, London, and Norwich. A one-hour visit is charged at £95. Please contact me at hello@battesonstudio.com to discuss this option.
What if I don't like some of the selections?
The consultation process is designed to prevent this, but if there is anything you are unsure about, your swatch box service includes one set of changes. We will have a conversation to discuss your feedback, and I will make relevant adjustments to update your scheme.
What if I need more help?
If you need further assistance, such as space planning, furniture selection, or 3D drawings, these can be added to your Swatch Box.
